Born in the year 1947, in a reputed business family of Faridabad, Harayana; Mr. Dharmendra Goyal always had a creative inclination right from a young age. An alumni of Bandra School of Arts, Mr. Goyal completed his studies in Architecture.

He started Goyal Builders in 1971 which has today grown into a well known business house in real estate sector. Mr. Goyal was well known for his capabilities of planning & futuristic project development. He was the first developer to come up with the concept of budget housing and introduced 300 -350 square feet sized houses in Mumbai. He was also a pioneer of sustainable housing development wherein his projects were designed to provide self sufficiency in education, entertainment & convenience to the project residents. In an era when the concept was unheard of, he introduced the idea of water harvesting in one of his projects in the year 1986.

He is still remembered for his professional capacities and ground to earth personality. A visionary entrepreneur Mr. Dharmendra Goyal created several landmark buildings, which reflects his deep understanding of the building development in context to human life.
